Three guests will be joined by the Ashes winning former England captain David Gower, who has been an avid wine collector since early in his playing days. Experience a private guided tour of the vineyards where the cycle of the vine growing year will be explained to you and discover the winery and winemaking process.

Then enjoy a tutored wine tasting of Chapel Down award-winning sparkling and still wines. After the tour and tasting, make your way to the two AA Rosette and Michelin Bib Gourmand awarded Swan Restaurant to indulge in a glass of Chapel Down sparkling wine before enjoying a three-course set lunch. Conclude the day perfectly with a private sabrage demonstration.
