The NSPCC has recently launched the Property Board to unite the sector to create awareness, generate income, and drive support of the NSPCC’s fight for every childhood.

The Board is composed of 12 individuals from leading positions across the real estate industry including Hines , BDO, Morgan Stanley , BCLP Law , WeWork , Rios, Hadley Property Group, New London Architecture, CBRE who volunteer their time to protect children. Together they are leading the property sector to build safer communities, protecting all children. 

In 2023 / 2024 the Property Board raised an incredible £106,500 to support the NSPCC Helpline. Some key highlights included:   

• Uniting the sector via an exclusive private dinners
• Providing Pro Bono support to reduce operational costs associated with the NSPCC property portfolio
• Special Directors family screening held at the Odeon Leicester Square
• Fundraising via challenge events such as the London Marathon 
• Raising funds at our annual Dragon Boat Challenge
• Building key strategic corporate partnerships
